Bundling high-performance raw video recording in a compact camera body, the RED DIGITAL CINEMA DSMC2 BRAIN with DRAGON-X 6K S35 Sensor is part of RED’s unified DSMC2 lineup. By default, the DSMC2 BRAIN records all videos and stills in the REDCODE RAW file format (records R3D files). It is capable of data write speeds of 300 MB/s, and can simultaneously record in REDCODE RAW and Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR/HD (records .mxf files).
