How to Convert Canon EOS R50 MP4 files for editing in iMovie and DaVinci Resolve?
Step 1: Add original files.
Step 2: Choose preferred format.
For editing MP4 files in iMovie, please click "Format" pull down list to select iMvoie > iMvoie AIC (*.mov) as the best video format for iMovie.
For editing MP4 videos in DaVinci Resolve, the H.264 MP4 is a good idea. You can get this output option under "Common Video" category.
