I have bought a Hisense TV, model Hisense U9DG, which is supposed to be able to play .mkv files from my thumb drive. However, there are quite a number of .mkv files which when I tried to play via thumb drive plug-into this 4K TV, the error message "File is invalid" appears. I can play these very same files on my computer without any problems.
